I am Rocky Lopes, and I see that people look for information about me on the web. Yes, I am "that" Rocky Lopes -- now retired, but who used to work with the Tsunami Program at the National Weather Service Headquarters, and before that, was with the American Red Cross and the National Association of Counties. I am a professional photographer, University of Maryland Supporter, Emeritus Emergency Manager, volunteer Paramedic in Montgomery County, Maryland, USA, and a U.S. and Canada dual-national citizen.

By the way, the last name is one syllable, as the "Lopes" in "envelopes."
